Key Responsibilities:

– Communicate with Worldwide Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Banks and Customs brokers to ensure timely shipping and delivery.

– Create ACID for imported shipments.

– Revise import documentation to ensure compliance with Egyptian Customs regulations.

– Follow up daily with freight forwarders on incoming shipments and delivery schedules.

– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Foreign Trade, Logistics and Customs regulations.

– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth import operations.

– Maintain accurate records of import transactions and ensure proper archiving for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications & Requirements

– 2-3 years of experience in import or logistics operations.

– Very good understanding of Incoterms, Payment terms and international trade regulations.

– Excellent command of English.

– Very good Microsoft Office skills.

– Strong Communication, follow-up skills with high attention to details.
